What are Open Edition Prints?

Open Edition Prints can be reproduced without limit, making them an excellent way to enjoy art! Since there is no restriction on the number of prints that can be produced, we are thrilled to offer them at an affordable price.

Each Open Edition Print is giclée-printed on archival, acid-free paper, ensuring vibrant and long-lasting colors. Prints are made on demand and include a two-inch white border. Please note that frames are not included.

After the order:

You will receive an email order confirmation showing your address and the print(s) you ordered. Please make sure everything is correct. If you did not receive confirmation, then you did not input the correct email address when you checked out. Contact scott_a_boyd@comcast.net for concerns.

Please open your package and verify your order is correct when received.

Is there a return/refund policy?

All Open Edition Print sales are final. Open Edition Prints are NOT eligible for return/refund, unless there’s a clear issue like:

• The print arrived damaged in shipping.

• The wrong item was sent.

• There’s a quality or production defect.

Open Edition Prints are considered final sale because they’re easy to copy, subjective in value, and can lose resale value if handled and returned.

Shipping Methods:

All prints undergo an extensive quality control and special process because our goal is to make sure you receive everything in good condition. Even if your tube appears to be damaged, please accept the delivery. Please fully unpack/unroll your order to inspect for damage. If there is damage, please take photos and email them to scott_a_boyd@comcast.net. All claims must be initiated by the shipper so contact us first if there are any issues.
